Third Big 12 title meeting between Huskers and Longhorns

The Huskers and Texas have had some interesting matchups over the years, and two of college football's winningest programs will meet yet again on Saturday in the Big 12 Championship Game.
The game, being played at Cowboys Stadium in Dallas, features two of the five winningest programs in college football history, and the two teams have had some tremendous matchups over the years.
In 2006, Ryan Bailey hit a field goal late in the game after Nebraska fumbled what would have been a game-clinching first down, giving the Longhorns a 22-20 win.
The stakes will be a lot higher this time around, and this matchup has seen its share of upsets in high-stakes games.
In 1996, Texas derailed Nebraska's hopes of a third consecutive national championship with a 37-27 win in the first Big 12 Championship Game. In 1960, Texas was ranked fourth when the Huskers came to Austin and upset the Longhorns.
