The Huskers have rebounded well from back-to-back losses to Texas Tech and Iowa State, reeling off wins over Baylor, Oklahoma, Kansas and Kansas State to lock up the Big 12 North Division title. They will be taking on a Colorado team that had a lot of high hopes coming into the season, but have muddled through a dismal season and carry a 3-8 record into Friday's matchup.
This game will be the final test for the Husker football team before their big matchup with Texas in the Big 12 Championship Game next Saturday in Dallas. The Huskers and Longhorns will meet for the third time in the Big 12 Championship. The two teams played in the inaugural championship game, with the underdog Longhorns pulling off a 37-27 upset of the third-ranked Huskers in 1996. Nebraska returned the favor three years later, beating Texas 22-6 in the 1999 championship game.
You can get tickets to see the Huskers' season finale at Colorado, as well as next week's Big 12 Championship Game in Dallas, right now at Ticket Express -- where no Husker football game is ever sold out.
